Doing business today, people might think that online technology makes in-
person contact less important. Only morons believe that. That’s like saying
that since we have the internet, we no longer need to know the alphabet.
Wrong. The alphabet is fundamental; and so is one-on-one interaction. In
spite of websites and social media accounts, businesses still have to make
real phone calls, sometimes even go door-to-door, and have real conversations
with real people. In business and in all of life, successful people know how
to approach and engage.
