    "Our country is classic, our swing is Western, and the rockabilly is the early kind from the late 50s," declares Rod Moag, host of this long-running KOOP show. Rod brings in samples from his vast collection of vinyl albums, CDs and cassettes, and spices up the show with live appearances by both Austin performers in his favorite styles of music, but also well-known country and swing stars passing through Austin. Supporting KOOP's mission, Country, Swing, and Rockabilly Jamboree gives special attention to women, Latino artists, the elderly, and those not finding a voice elsewhere.
